I am currently accepting new patients with American Specialty Health (ASH).

If you would like to verify your acupuncture benefits, please email me the following information:

• Your full name (exactly as it appears on your health insurance card)

• Your date of birth

• Your member ID number

I will be happy to verify your coverage before scheduling your appointment.

I am also an approved provider with the TriWest Community Care Network for eligible Veterans. To receive acupuncture treatment through TriWest, you will first need a referral and authorization from your VA provider or referring physician. Once your authorization is in place, we can schedule your appointments.
